The not so Great Migration

One hundred miles
From this rural and rustic place
Set sail with cartons of minks

Leather shoes will become
Wrinkled and brittle

When giraffe ribs float by
Scoop them from the water
And wear them as antlers

If Arctic rains begin to fall
Lapse into placidity
